Feelings are energy and need to flow. We block our flow when we become unaccepting of things as they are - maybe say not getting what you wanted or unexpressed feelings about something. This might be directed inwards at yourself or outward at another person or situation. Today I was feeling really tired after a carpet laying mission and didn't want to go to a meeting. After a few minutes of inner-grumbling I told myself I could just stay at home if I wanted to. It was sunny! But then I realised I really did want to go and had a great afternoon. Whenever you feel that kind of tension arise listen to yourself and see if there's anything about it you could be more open to. We can consciously change the way we feel as a choice or we can do something about it. Either of these can make us feel more open and playful and everything starts to flow better again. And you feel like glowing again!! Happiness is an inside job!
