Hi had a lovely week so far, great clients! I'm really enjoying learning more about posture & breathing & how they can help our bodies feel more comfortable and stronger. Did you know that how we hold our heads affects the quality of our voice as well as contributing to strain on muscles in the neck? Think see-saw.....! Try to feel a floating balance where you don't feel the muscles working at the front or back of your neck. I tend to chin-jut so no criticism from me! If you play around with your voice when your head's forward or back you'll see what I mean. When your head's at that middle point your voice is most resonant!
